• Machine Enforcement via Durable Objects: Replaced KV-based machine registration (vulnerable to race conditions from eventual consistency) with Cloudflare Durable Objects for globally-serialized, single-threaded enforcement of the 3-machine limit per license.
• Dual License Key Race Condition: Fixed a bug where both the Worker and Web webhook generated independent license keys on checkout.session.completed. Web webhook is now the single source of truth.
• Telegram Checkout Flow: Telegram purchases now redirect through codepulse.at/checkout instead of creating Stripe sessions directly in the Worker, ensuring proper user association in Supabase.

• The Pulse: Real-time activity tracking delivered to Telegram as concise one-line updates. See exactly which files Claude is reading, what commands it is running, and what tools it is using, without leaving your phone. Activity updates are batched intelligently to avoid notification flooding during high-frequency operations.
• Haiku Auto-Answer: Routine session queries ("what are you doing?", "status", "how far along?") are now answered by a fast Haiku model using the current session context, without interrupting Claude Code's workflow. Only direct instructions are forwarded to the active session.

Improvements

• Bidirectional Communication Reliability: Improved stdin write handling for long-running sessions. Messages are queued and delivered in order even when Claude Code is mid-operation. Added delivery confirmation in Telegram so you know your instruction reached the agent.
• Morning Briefing Formatting: Briefing messages now include per-project breakdowns when multiple projects were active overnight. Token costs are displayed with running monthly totals.
• Approval Card Context: Permission request cards now show the last 3 tool calls as context, so you can understand why Claude is requesting a particular operation without checking the full session.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where batch approval cards would not render correctly when more than 5 requests were grouped together.
• Fixed voice message transcription failing silently when the audio exceeded 60 seconds. Long voice messages are now split and transcribed in segments.
• Fixed session resume failing on Windows when the session ID contained certain special characters (related to Claude Code issue #3187).

Breaking Changes

• Hook system rewritten: CodePulse now registers handlers for Claude Code's full hook event lifecycle instead of relying on basic notification interception. Run npm run install:hooks after updating to reconfigure hooks.
• Configuration format updated: The .env configuration has been restructured. Copy .env.example and migrate your Telegram token and chat ID.

• Commit Gate + AI Review: Every git commit Claude makes is intercepted before it lands. A fast AI model (Haiku) analyzes the diff and generates a human-readable summary of what changed and why.
