Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CodePulse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Virtual Media srl, operating as CodePulse ("we", "us", "our").
Service Description
CodePulse is a command-line tool that enables developers to monitor and control Claude Code sessions remotely via Telegram. The Service provides smart approval workflows, multi-project support, and real-time notifications for AI-assisted development sessions.
Accounts
Registration
To use CodePulse, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and setting a password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subscriptions & Pricing
CodePulse offers the following subscription tiers:
Free Tier
The Free tier is available at no cost and remains free forever. It includes support for up to 3 machines and 3 projects.
Premium Tier
The Premium tier is available at $4.99 per month (early bird pricing) or $9.99 per month (regular pricing). Premium unlocks additional machines, projects, and advanced features.
All paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription. Prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout based on your location.
Early Bird Pricing
Early bird pricing at $4.99 per month is available to the first 500 subscribers. Once you have secured an early bird subscription, your rate is locked at $4.99 per month for as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the early bird rate is not guaranteed and regular pricing may apply.
License Keys
Each paid subscription includes one license key. Your license key is personal and non-transferable. You may register the license key on machines as permitted by your subscription tier. You may deactivate and reactivate machines at any time through your account dashboard. Sharing, selling, or distributing your license key to third parties is strictly prohibited.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, lease, or redistribute the Service or any license key to third parties.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or any related systems or networks.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service except as expressly permitted.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by CodePulse and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
You retain full ownership of any data, code, and content that you process through the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over your data.
Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CODEPULSE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your dashboard. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow you to export it, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any fees already paid are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of the initial notice, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
For consumers residing in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or a prominent notice on our website before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
